Larger version of Dickinson P9000, the P12000 cabin heater with the same features. Ideal for boats up to 32 to 40 ft. The combustion process is completely isolated from the inside of the boat by the unique, direct vent design. A built-in blower provides good heat circulation. The heater is sold with all accessories needed including:
- a stainless steel backing plate
- 28 inches of flexible double stainless chimney and
- the deck fitting cap.
A propane hose, 11” WC regulator and fittings are needed and sold separately.
Approximate cubic footage this unit will heat based on an average climate it’s installed in, the altitude being sea level and a well insulated area is 12’ x 12’ x 8’ = 1100 cu ft

The Dickinson Newport Propane P-12000 Boat fireplace heater is ideal for boats up to 32 / 36 ft.
The combustion process is completely isolated from the inside of the boat by the unique, direct vent design. A built-in blower provides good heat circulation. Heater is sold with all accessories including a stainless steel backing plate and 28 inches of flexible, double stainless chimney.
This heater transfers heat from the combustion chamber to the cabin through a blower and heat exchangers inside the unit. The sides of the unit do not get hot but an airspace must be provided to ensure adequate airflow. The appliance is manually lit.
