Awesome trailer and factory pickup......
Highest praise for Boatownersworld! Great company!Having never pulled a trailer before, drove 200 miles to factory and picked up assembled trailer. Trailer is solid, pulled empty without bounce or wobble on mountain freeway speeds 60 mph in driving rain and with frustrated semi’s passing at 70mph+. I had white knuckles at first but this Trailer seems very well built but light enough for me to unhitch and move by hand to park. Cant wait to put Merrimack Canoe on in spring! I would recommend the 12 “ wheels.

Overall the trailer was as advertised and seems to fit the need to transport my adirondack 16' guideboat. The pre-assembled trailer was shipped to my residence intact and there were no misssing parts. Two of the bunk pads were off-center with the hardware placed at an angle which positioned the bunk on the boat at an angle. I was also surprised that there was no end cap on the center rail which would protect the wiring and keep small animals and insects from entering the extruded rail. I also purchased a spare tire and mounting bracket but there was no instruction on where to place the bracket. I ended up installing the spare on the rear of the trailer and had to reinstall the wiring which was not a big deal. The packaging was impressive to protect the tailer but I was disappointed on the amount of foam I had to dispose of. I'm thinking that there has to be a better system that would not produce the volume of waste which is not biodegradable or recyclable. The 30 minutes to assemble the trailer is a joke. It took me 30 minuted to unpack the parts and about 3 hours to assemble the trailer. I'm meticulous and and read the instructions and looked at the youtube video as a guide but a first timer would require at lead an hour and half or more to complete the package. It took another hour to place my guideboat on the trailer and adjust the bunks tie downs and rollers. I know I hit on the negatives but I was impressed with the engineering and quality of materials. 20200622_083947.jpg
