Bought the panther 55. Came in like they said. In good condition. Relay was not any good. They sent me a new one with no questions asked. Were nice about it. Finally got the boat in the water, and the trim unit works perfect. Its like a whole new boat. I'll reoprt again at the end of the summer.

Honda 35hp Install
Installation was pretty straight forward as long as you have a lift for your engine. Mine is Honda 35hp four stroke so pretty heavy. Lifted engine and slid it back about 18in to have room to install Python. Bolted it on existing holes and then engine onto the Python. Only thing I thought could be better is the up/down switch maybe could be something that could be mounted in dash this switch is kind of awkward for that.
