Boat Owner's World strives to give our customers the best service
possible.
Our customers do not require user names and passwords to be
informed the status of their shipment(s).
Boat Owner's World always transmits an email confirming receipt of
your order. When your order is shipped, you will receive another email
with the status of you shipment including delivery date, carrier and
tracking number. Tracking information is normally sent during regular
business hours.
Our emails are sent in HTML format so all you need do
is click on the link and you will instantly see the status of your
shipment.
For larger shipments such as pedal boat, canoes and kayaks, where your
order is shipped by truck and we cannot give an exact delivery date,
we will supply the carrier name, telephone and pro bill number. We
also verify the status of all moving freight daily.
If you wish we will call you personally or leave a message on
your answering machine with this information.
All our tracking services are NOT automated. If you reply to our
emails they will be received by one of our staff and we will reply to
your question or request usually within 24 hours (Monday - Friday).
