Shipping and Delivery |
Our prices and freight rates are for shipments to the
Continental USA.
Our shopping cart does not calculate shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada
or overseas.
We only ship to the Continental USA 48 States.
Most items are in
stock and ship direct from the manufacturer. Actual shipping time is
contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification by
our Credit and Fraud Protection Department. Usually manufacturers or our
distributors ship within 2 business days. When available, tracking
numbers will be sent by email.
FREE FREIGHT - Obviously, the carriers we use do not offer a free
shipping service, therefore the actual cost is included in
the price of the item. We try our best to average or calculate freight
based on 48 states excluding Hawaii and Alaska but there may be areas of
the country where
freight costs are higher than expected. For these areas, we reserve the
right, even when
the item is listed as "Freight Included or "Free Shipping or Free
Freight" to add additional freight charges. In these cases we will notify our customer in advance before
we ship the product(s).
Freight costs, even those included in the cost of the item are never
refunded if a credit for returned goods is issued.
We do NOT ship to APO/FPOs, post office boxes such as Mail Boxes Etc,
freight forwarders, hotels or marinas. We
ship only to your billing address. Your USA home or place of business
address.
In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by
phone or e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive
notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder,
No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. We need time
to process and assemble your order before we actually ship it, so
choosing NEXT DAY AIR does not mean your order will be delivered the day
after you place your order online.
Please note that shipping time is not the same as total delivery time.
All packages require signature. FedEx or UPS will make 3 attempts at
delivery address before returning package to sender. Shipping and
Handling are non-refundable.
Truck shipments for such items as pedal boats and
rigid boats may take up to a week to prepare and 2-3 weeks for
delivery. If the item is out of stock and due to arrive
soon (within 7 days) we will ship when it comes in. If part of your order is
out of stock we will wait and ship the order together. If you want your
order shipped separately there will be additional shipping charges.
Where possible most items are shipped via UPS ground. Some items
offer at additional cost option such as, Next Day or 2nd day air. These
services cannot be guaranteed and there may be delays beyond our
control.
Larger items such as pedal boats and kayaks are sent via ground freight
(common carrier).
We will require your phone number so the freight trucking company will
be able to call you to schedule a delivery time. Ask for the company's phone number
in case you need to change the delivery time. If the trucking company
tries to make a delivery and you are not home there will be an additional
charge. Delivery by truck is "to the curb." The driver cannot assist you in moving the
item into your home. Our customers must arrange for help to move it if needed.
For all shipments, please make sure someone is available to sign for the delivery at the
scheduled time.
Inspect the package for damage before signing for the delivery. If
the package is damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the
damage on all delivery receipts before signing. If the package is
damaged to an extent that the merchandise may also be damaged, refuse
delivery and call our Customer Service department at 1-866-864-8480
After you accept a delivery retain all packing material until you're completely satisfied with
the condition and performance of your purchase.
