Warranty & Return Policy |
This return policy is for Sea Eagle and Water Skeeter Boats Only.
We will accept merchandise for return that
was purchased from Boat Owner's World, Inc. within 15 days of receipt.
The merchandise must be in new and unused (never touched water) condition and in its original
packaging. Used merchandise cannot be returned.
All items will be inspected by Boat Owner's World. Boat Owner's World
reserves the right to determine if a refund is granted or not.
Any boat that is used (touches water) is not returnable. We do not want
to sell used boats nor do we want our customers to buy as if it was a
rental knowing that they plan to return it after a vacation.
We do not accept returns via COD or billed to Boat Owner's World, Inc.
in any way. We do not refund shipping charges even if the freight was
"free" to you we do not refund the actual amount we paid the carrier.
There is a 15% restocking charge on all shipments.
If the item is returned due to customer dissatisfaction or for any
reason, even if defective and the customer refuses a replacement a
service charge of 15% of the sale price plus shipping costs will be kept
for processing and handling fees.
In all cases, before you return any goods, Boat Owner's World must be
contacted so that we may issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Please note that an RA# number does not guarantee final disposition.
Returns that do not have a Return Authorization Number clearly visible
on the outside of the package will be refused. All
returns are subject to inspection by Boat Owner's World. Boat Owner's
World reserves the right to determine if a refund is granted or not. Return requirements are:
- Call us before you return the item.

- Please refer to your packing slip
and our email confirmation for return information.
- Pack the item securely in the
original packaging.
- Enclose a copy of the original
packing list with the item. If you cannot send your packing list,
please include your order number, billing name, and address with the
item.
- All products must be returned in
original condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts
and accessories.
- All return shipping charges must be
prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- For your protection, we recommend
that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Unless your
packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and
if so, follow such directions).
- Mark on the box the Return
Authorization Number in bold print.
- You can expect a refund in the same
form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our
receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping
cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping
error on our part.
- We do not refund original shipping
costs even if they were included in the original selling price they
will be deducted from the credit.
We are an authorized Sea Eagle and Water Skeeter dealer. Your boat
ships with the full manufactures' warranty.
