Turbo Propellers are produced by
Precision Propeller Industries, Inc. in their own foundry and are one-piece investment castings.  The propeller is brought to life by injecting wax into a mold in order to make a wax casting of the propeller.  The wax is then coated with a ceramic material to create the shell.  Next, the wax is melted out and the ceramic shell is heated to a high temperature.  Finally, the hot ceramic shell is filled with molten stainless steel to produce the casting that will become the TURBO PROP.  This one-piece casting process provides the greatest strength and durability.

Each casting is hand ground and brought to the correct contour and balance.  Their automated finishers produce a mirror like finish.  Each propeller is our own special design, produced using CAD/CAM computer directed machines.  Their Research and Development Department spends many hours on the water to ensure that TURBO PROPS will outperform the competition.

All Turbo props are made in the USA.
